Reserve your date

Complete our short intake form so we can learn more about your request. Within 24 hours we will confirm availability, details, and answer any questions you may have. We will then send a link for you to submit your deposit and finalize your reservation.

pre-event prep

Prior to the event date, we will schedule time to discuss logistics, add-on configurations, and any outstanding questions.

Event day

Our team arrives 90 minutes early to setup and prepare for operations. Once ready, we’ll do what we do best, and create an amazing experience for your guests.

Each headshot is instantly uploaded to a private gallery where attendees can download their photos in real-time.

  • We typically are able to capture between 20-30 guests per hour, per booth. For high-volume events, we can provide a second booth operator to keep lines moving smoothly.
